Welcome to Atlas. By accessing our platform, you're entering into a legally binding agreement with us. We've kept these terms clear and straightforward. If something changes, we'll give you a heads up. Continuing to use our service after updates means you accept the new terms.

By using Atlas services, if you don't agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

What You Can (and Can't) Do

When you purchase from Atlas or use our services, you get access to premium software for your personal use. Think of it like a gym membership: it's yours to enjoy, but you can't clone the equipment and sell it from your garage.

Your Account, Your Responsibility

Your account is your digital identity on Atlas. Keep your credentials secure, use two-factor authentication if available, and never share your login details.

• Everything that happens on your account is your responsibility - including unauthorized access if you shared your credentials
• Keep your contact info up to date so we can reach you if something's off with your account
• We'll do our part to keep things secure, but we need you to do yours too

Payments & Billing

We keep billing simple and transparent. Your subscription runs on the cycle you choose. We'll never charge you unexpectedly. If you decide to cancel, you keep access until the end of your billing period.

All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment processors. We never store your card information directly.

Service Availability

We aim for maximum uptime, but like any digital service, Atlas may experience occasional interruptions. We'll always work to minimize disruptions and keep you informed during maintenance or updates.

Temporary service interruptions for updates or maintenance do not entitle users to refunds or subscription extensions.

Prohibited Activities

To protect our community, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to hack, DDoS, or attack any of our infrastructure or services
• Sharing, distributing, or publicly leaking our software or internal content
• Impersonating staff or other users for any purpose
• Engaging in fraud, scams, or deceptive practices within our community
• Harassment, hate speech, or threats against any community members
• Advertising competing or unrelated products in our channels

Disclaimers & Limitations

Atlas provides tools and services as-is. We can't control everything: game updates, detection systems, and third-party changes are beyond our reach.

Use our services at your own risk. We are not liable for bans, account suspensions, or any other consequences that may result from using our products.

Termination Rights

You can stop using Atlas at any time by not renewing. Your access continues until the end of your billing period. We may also terminate access if these terms are violated.

• Users who violate these terms may have their accounts permanently banned without refund
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at our discretion
• Atlas may take legal action if necessary to protect our intellectual property and community

Our Policy

All purchases made through Atlas are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds, returns, or credits will be issued.

We strongly encourage users to review all product information, system requirements, and service descriptions before completing any purchase.
